There is no such thing as a comprehensive list of genealogical web sites,
so we have chosen to list a few of particular interest to Saskatchewan genealogists,
and ones which just strike our fancy, particularly free sites.

Ancestry
Ancestry Library Edition at the Regina Public Library is available remotely until the end of April. Those who have a Regina Public Library card can now login from home using their library card number and PIN. This is a great opportunity to continue doing research while all of the library branches are closed.

Saskatchewan Vital Statistics - eHealth Saskatchewan

Records of births, marriages and deaths in Saskatchewan are now held by
the
provincial
Ministry of Health. Searches are free, as is information
on births more than 100 years ago and deaths over 70 years ago.
More recent certificates require payment and proof of interest. |
Child Adoptions in Saskatchewan

Prior to 1989, child adoptions in Saskatchewan were "closed", in that the parties involved in the adoption only received non-identifying information. Effective January 1, 2017 adoption records were "opened".
